Monster & Bear’s Post Team worked closely with the Deaf Connect team to craft together the six-part documentary series.

Following different employees and employers in different workplaces, ‘Signs of Success’ shows the value in diversity and inclusion. Even if we have different ways of communicating, there are always steps we can take to make sure everyone feels supported to succeed in their careers.
