Historically, going through staff and safety induction processes has been BORING! Are we right? The idea of going through text slides and answering a dull multiple choice quiz is enough to make anyone's skin crawl. But when Yarra Valley Water came to us with an open-ended brief to make safety induction content that stays with the learner, we saw that as an edu-tainment brief with FUN written all over it!

Prompted by the visual of playing cards that needed to be flipped over and completed, we created a suite of video content that utilised our sweet little "Fall Guy", an animated water droplet who often demonstrated and paid the price of not following safety protocols, and utilised the faces and voices of key staff at Yarra Valley Water to take us through the rest.
