Leadership Success

Becoming a great leader isn't as simple as watching course material and implementing rules. More often than not, great leaders are INSPIRED to be great leaders, and that inspiration needs to come from somewhere. We worked with our client, Leadership Success, to put together an inspirational content series designed to do just that - to be inspired by those who have come before us, and to use case studies which clearly show where some of those previous pioneers went right... and wrong.

Utilising a distinctive animation style which could be applied to a variety of historical and hypothetical scenarios, Monster & Bear designed a course suite of content for Leadership Success which took future managers and leaders through psychology-driven theories, providing thought starters that could be applied to their own positions. Keeping the content as casual, playful and aspirational as possible was the driving force behind all of the material that has, since then, proven highly appreciated and effective amongst those who have completed the course. And for those who have gone on to implement these strategies in their professional day-to-day.
