We worked closely with Rocket Agency to introduce Caulfield Place, a new build-to-rent apartment complex in Melbourne’s south-east. Located just a stone’s throw from Caulfield’s iconic racecourse, village and train station, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill property development – each apartment has been architecturally designed and fully furnished, with every detail carefully considered.

We spent two summer days dashing from lobby to dog run (complete with one very wet dog) to pool room to rooftop barbeque; shooting a beautiful hero commercial, cutdowns and promotional stills along the way.
